ivy’s story started in search. Inspired one part by our deep experience in executive search and recruitment firms and the other part working on the inside with high growth, impact organizations, ivy was founded with one mission in mind – to help people grow.
ivy’s organizational services were designed to offer an intentional, high-touch customized hiring and coaching experiences for companies needing high-performing leaders, managers and domain expertise to make it all work.
ivy’s individual services evolved out of our experience working with thousands of candidates through the decades. Recognizing that career transition and job search could
be isolating and lonely, we designed career wellness and individual coaching support services with the motto that ‘together is better’.
